Opscale is a B2B operations platform. Most data processed in the system is business data submitted by client organizations.

- Branch/location affiliation

B. Workforce & Operational Data
Depending on how your organization uses Opscale:
- Attendance records (check-in/check-out timestamps)
- Geo-location data (if geo check-in is enabled by your organization)
- Shift schedules
- Task assignments and completions
- Checklist submissions
- Photos, attachments, notes, and signatures
- Performance evaluations and inspection records
- Internal communication messages
- Leave and request submissions
C. Device & Technical Data
Automatically collected data may include:

3. Role of Opscale (Data Processor vs Controller)

- The client organization (your employer or company) is the Data Controller
- Opscale SAL acts as a Data Processor
This means:
- Your employer determines what data is collected and how it is used.
- Opscale processes that data strictly to provide the Services.

4. Location Data
If geo-based check-in/out is enabled by your organization:
- Location data is collected only at the time of check-in/check-out.
- Continuous background tracking is not performed unless explicitly enabled and agreed to.
- Location data is used solely for attendance verification.
5. Data Storage & Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Access control mechanisms
- Role-based permissions
- Secure authentication practices
- Regular security monitoring
- Infrastructure protection
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
Data is retained:
- For as long as the client organization maintains an active subscription
- As required to fulfill contractual obligations

Upon termination of services:
- Data may be exported to the client upon request
- Data may be deleted according to contractual agreements
