Opscale was born in Lebanon, where hospitality is a way of life, built to give operators back their most valuable asset: time.
Why we built Opscale
The food and beverage industry has evolved enormously in creativity, cuisine and design. But operational management has remained largely unchanged, paper checklists pinned to kitchen walls, verbal instructions passed between shifts, WhatsApp messages and spreadsheets.
We brought together two worlds: deep restaurant operations expertise and modern software development. The goal was never to replace the human essence of hospitality, but to enhance and support it, so restaurateurs, operators, managers and staff can work in a more organized, professional and systematic way, with less human error.
